    ANTIK BATIK | EMBROIDER

Antik Batik leather embroidered jacket (same here) & (similar) - leather leggings (same here) | Mango boots (same here) - bag - blouse | Larsson & Jennings watch (same here)

You might have been wondering why I haven't updated my blog the past week, well I just have been very busy and the number one problem is that the weather isn't really cooperating over here. Seriously every time we wanted to go out for some shots it just started pouring cats and dogs. Where's that lady luck on my side?

But mister sky heard my prayers last Monday and we got bright weather and no single drop of rain. So, here I present you my collaboration with Antik Batik! For this first look I'm wearing a leather embroidered jacket with quilted sleeves. It such an eye catcher yet easy to wear whether you want to dress it up or down. I went for the laid back look pairing it with some basic pieces; denim shirt, plain white blouse and leather pants.

    LACE INCIDENT

Zara lace top (similar) - turtleneck (similar) - skirt (similar) | Senso boots (similar) | Larsson & Jennings watch (same here) | Rue Gembon necklace (similar)

For the hundredth time, Zara does it again.. We've all seen the lace pieces on the F/W 13 runway and who else than Zara has to come with affordable remakes for those who can't pay that X amount of money for a night dress. And well, they did a pretty excellent job. I've got myself this top, the black satin dress and I'm even thinking of buying the tartan maxi version. Someone please press the stop button on me? I know that it's getting quite cold and a lace item isn't a perfect winter wear, but you can experiment with it and pair it with a chunky sweater, masculine blazer or like me, with a turtle neck. I think there are numerous ways to dress it up - or down. So ladies, let's get our hands on some sexy lacewear!

    FOUR FOR FALL

    DKNY all items (shop here)

Remember I mentioned a shoot for DKNY a while ago on my Instagram? I teamed up with Fashiolista for an amazing collaboration with DKNY and the Bijenkorf; I got the mission to style four complete DKNY looks from the fall collection, so we went on the streets of rainy Amsterdam together to capture it! I absolutely love the fall pieces, there are numerous ways I could style it. The best thing is that one of you can win a full DKNY look for yourself by voting on your favorite outfit on this page (vote for me please!) Have a nice week everyone! :)

    TARTAN

Zara tartan jacket (similar) | Senso boots (same here) | Pepejeans coated jeans (similar) | H&M knit | Larsson & Jennings watch (same here)

As you are reading this I'm still in sunny Barcelona enjoying a probably uber cool DIY event organized by the MANGO team. For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, track my Instagram to see what I'm doing right now! In the meantime, Im already preparing myself for my return to the ice cold land of the Dutches. Here is a look we shot before I went to Spain, wearing another new jacket I got myself recently. We Dutch people can't have enough winter jackets you know, since summer never last longer than three months and we go straight to winter afterwards. Oh boy..

    NEVER ENOUGH

MANGO wool coat (similar) & (similar)| Senso boots (similar) | Zara knit (similar) - skirt

The annual hunt for the perfect coat where we can survive winter in, I suggest you're all familiar to this event? Haha, only this time there are so many choices a girl simply can not choose. So we take two, or maybe three. Or even four, if there's still money in the bank. I scored this woolen beauty last week, I usually don't go for light colored coats (especially not for winter) but I just couldn't resist this one. Keeps me warm, for now at least. Because when the blizzards hit our country I just have to unpack my Woolrich Parka again, no doubt about that. Have a nice weekend everyone!
