"FIT IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT IS A WAY OF LIFE"

    November 14, 2016 | AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

I'll start tomorrow, or maybe next week.. Perhaps next year then? Oh boy - Well these were once words that came out of my mouth and I bet that a lot of you guys can probably relate to that. I was that kind of person who signed up for the gym and ended up sponsoring them for the a whole year. That could have been another pretty bag added to my wardrobe *sigh*..

.. But I'm not that kind of person anymore! I started to live a more healthier lifestyle since earlier this year and that involves exercising on daily basis. Sure, it's definitely sweat and tears, but it also can be a lot of fun you know! Ever thought of wearing fashionable sportswear? No?

Sweaty Betty offers the most trendy - and most importantly - comfortable active wear for all kinds of sports. You can actually look good while breaking that sweat during your yoga session. Where are you waiting for?

    TIPS TO GET YOU STARTED

    1. 28 Days Later - One of the hard parts is definitely getting into a routine. Becoming fit is not a destination to reach, but it is a way of life. It should be something of you everyday schedule and that's a major change for a lot of people getting started - some quit because they don't see results quickly, pshysical and mentally. But hold on! It usually takes up to four weeks before you feel and see any results. So keep on pushing yourself!

    2. Trick or Treat - The biggest reward of doing all those push ups and running a million miles is off course to become a better version of yourself. But from time to time it's okay to treat yourself in materialistic things! I remember that I told myself I would buy that pair of shoes once I got through the first four weeks - and this definitely worked for me! So did you just finished a tough exercise program? Make that reservation at that oh-so-yummy restaurant or finally get that new sport set at Sweaty Betty that you've been eying lately!

    3. The More, The Merrier - All though I also enjoy being alone while doing a workout, I also love doing it together with friends. It can be a lot of fun and you won't tend to give up quicker - especially when you are as competitive as I am! "25 squads? I can do 50!"
