TORTOISE
Tortoise sunglasses, a perfect accessories to add to your wardrobe. It's a classic and
timeless print that comes in various colors and styles! After re-blogging so many photo's on the
web, I began my search for the one! And guess what? I found it!
THE PERFECT SHADES
Like most people say it about shoes, I say it about sunglasses. You can never own too much, right? I always carry one with me (and not only for the sun) as they just simply and thát little extra to your look. I even feel super glamourous with shades on without any makeup on my face, haha! :)
I was looking for a simple model without silver or goldware and this DKNY model was exactly what I wanted! I found it on sunglassesshop.nl, where they sell all kind of different brands such as Ray Ban and Michael Kors! Since my mums was totally in need of some new sunnies I was happy to find out that they also have designer prescription sunglasses, how perfect! Now she can also rock the wayfarer in summer ;)

LIMENESS
A big yay for the sun that's shining again here in the Netherlands. Dark times are over, people are happier and my photos get more beautiful haha! The 'sporty chic' trend is everywhere nowadays and I really had mixed feelings about it in the beginning - mostly negative - (main reason: I'm such a loser at sports, lol!!!) but it seems like the more I see it the more I like it.. So I finally got this dress and to add more craziness to it I took the lime green! Together with my favorite bag and boots this is definitely one of my favorite outfits :)
P.S, I'm wearing normal black tights but somehow I got a reflection of the building across the street on it, strange!
I SEE GREEN
A casual outfit with some small details, thats how i like it. I was shopping at mango's online shop when i stumbled across this beautiful piece of a necklace. It reminded me a lot of these of prada, which i saw for the first time when i was at the prada store in monaco last summer. With a price tag of almost a thousand euros i sadly leaved the store without them. Of course, this is not the real deal. But hey, im happy that i found a little similar one and i even like the green color more!

TWO FACED
Yesterday i went out for dinner with a couple of friends and this is what i wore. The necklace and lace panty gives the outfit a more feminine twist in contrast with the leather skirt. I didnt want to go too dressy so i put on my lace boots to give it a more casual look. Khaki is next to burgundy one of my favorite color for this season. I bought this vest a few days ago and the color just goes with everything. What is your favorite color for this time of the year?

A LONG WAY
Since the weather wasnt that cooperative we spent half our day inside waiting for the right moment to take some photos. Dont make that poker face fool you, because believe me, it was insanely cold! I was wearing a biker jacket but i thought it looks better on photo without so i took it off. Its actually a bandeau dress that im wearing which i bought a while ago but never got the right occasion to wear it. Pulling on a sweater gives it a total different look, no longer a summer dress anymore! Besides, you can always use some extra layers during this time of the year, right?

WINTER IS COMING..
..so im preparing myself for it. I certainly have a thing for knits, not only because theyre so warm and cozy, but you can also wear them in so many ways and mix it with so many things. I managed to get my hands on a few pieces on my little shopping spree yesterday. Well the necklace, its not really what i would normally wear but im always open to try something different.
Life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know
PS. Sorry, ive been very busy this week so outfit posts are coming up this weekend! (-:

A FURRY MIND
GLOVES H&M FUR SCARF UNKNOWN BRAND (LEATHER SHOP IN AMSTERDAM)
Lol, this is so new for me. I still need to work on my serious photo face. Could barely hold my laugh in this one, haha!! The temperature is decreasing ridiculously here in the netherlands, it feels like its getting worse every year. Guess ill never get used to it. Mother nature is forcing me to pack myself up since i get cold very easily. Sure i wont survive in trenchs and leather jackets.. I have a woolrich parka that will keep me warm but im looking for something more fashionable. A fur coat maybe? Does anyone have recommandations?

THE GREY SCALE
Its funny how accessories can change an outfit completely. I was wearing the same clothes a few hours before pairing it with some comfy sneaks and a huge scarf to hang out with a few friends. Later we went out for some drinks and i just simply added a necklace, switched shoes and tadaaa.. Evening look created!
"Can you dress it up and down?" Look for versatile garments that can be worn multiple ways

KNIT IT UP
BAG PRADA SCARF TOPSHOP WATCH MICHAEL KORS
So this is my first outfit post! Minimalistic with a twist of casual chic, thats how i would describe my style. Im the neutrals mixed with black type. Don't get me wrong, i do like bright colors but just not really on me. So now and then i like to throw some color into my outfits, but you will never see me dressing up like a walking rainbow.
I like to keep things simple and comfortable with sometimes a little bit spice added. I love designer, but since thats not always affordable, im thankful that many other brands offer look-a-likes. Im very careful when it comes to shopping. Im not that kind of person that just buys a whole collection and later ditching it somewhere in the closet wearing just one item. I think its important that a piece of garment or accessory can last longer than just one season.
Quality is essential to elegance. Aim for quality over quantity

FROM ITALY WITH LOVE
I was seriously in need of a new purse since my single flap could barely hold another coin. In my search for a new one, i came across many variations and different brands, from DKNY to Louis Vuitton. I'll carry it with me for almost everyday, so it has to be a design that will suit all of my other garments and accessories.
After considering many types, i ended up playing safe on this one. This Prada wallet is a timeless piece that i hopefully can carry with me for a long time. Besides that, it matches with my Prada bag i bought a few months ago, and since black suits almost every other color.. perfect choice, dont you think?
